1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting WeekendVibes or purchasing a pass, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 48+ hours before the booked slot are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once. No-shows are non-refundable. Event tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
4. Venue Rules
Visitors must follow all safety instructions from staff. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. WeekendVibes reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor who violates venue rules or behaves in a manner that endangers others.
5. Age Restrictions
Certain activities (Escape Room, Poetry Slam, Snow Zone After Dark) are restricted to visitors aged 18 and above. Valid ID may be required. Children under 4 enter free with a paying adult.
6. Liability
WeekendVibes takes all reasonable precautions for visitor safety. However, we are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in activities unless caused by our negligence. Visitors participate in physical activities at their own risk.
7. Photography & Media
By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff at the entrance.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
